Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

Label and Post

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund
